·          PRICES : Market fluctuations and occasional errors make it necessary for us to reserve the right to adjust prices without notice.  All prices are in U.S. Dollars and must be paid in U.S. Dollars.
 

·          PAYMENT : By credit card, C.O.D., Check, Money Order or credit account.   Net Due on Receipt of Invoice for Credit Accounts.   Checks must clear the bank before items will be shipped.   C.O.D. orders will incur a $10.00 fee in addition to UPS charges.   We do not ship C.O.D. motor freight.
 

·          PURCHASE ORDERS:  Purchase Orders are accepted from established Credit Accounts.  For anyone wishing to use Purchase Orders, who does not have Credit established, please call us at 515-402-6644.   Not all accounts will qualify for credit account status.

·          QUOTATIONS:  All quotes are valid for 14 days from date of quotation.  We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors in pricing.   Prices quoted do not include applicable Taxes or Freight unless otherwise noted. 
 

• CREDIT CARDS :  We accept Visa, MasterCard.
   

·          SHIPPING:   www.baler-wire.com does not ship internationally.  For ground orders we ship via UPS only.   Large orders may ship via LTL motor freight.   All orders are subject to Freight Charges.  All orders are shipped FOB the baler-wire.com warehouse or factory.  We do our best to get you the best Freight Rate available and ship from the closest location to the customer. Freight charges will be prepaid and added to invoices unless other arrangements are made at the time of ordering.  Separate freight charges may apply if your order contains items shipping from multiple locations.  We cannot ship 3rd party or collect billing.
 

• SPECIAL ORDERS : Non-stock items ordered just for you are non-cancelable and non-returnable for any reason, other than manufacturer’s defect.
   

·          RETURNED GOODS : You must contact us in writing, by telephone or e-mail for authorization prior to returning any item.  Returns may be subject to restocking and/or return fees depending upon the item and reason for return.   Customer is responsible for return freight.
 

·          TAXES:   Taxes are additional where applicable.  If you are tax exempt please submit a tax exempt certificate to us PRIOR TO ORDERING to ensure your account is set-up as Tax Exempt, or your order is processed as tax exempt.   Fax your tax exempt certificate to 515-557-9332.
